Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Return Window
We want you to love your new artwork. If a piece does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Original Artworks: Must be in original condition and repacked using the original professional packaging materials (or equivalent professional-grade materials).

Fine Art Prints: Must be free of fingerprints, bends, or scratches. Prints should remain in their original packaging until they are ready to be framed.

Custom Commissions: All sales are final on bespoke or commissioned works. These cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; items purchased during a "Final Sale" event are non-returnable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@beckijohart.com.
To process a damage claim, please include:

Your order number.

Photos of the damaged artwork.

Photos of the external packaging (even if the box looks fine).
For damaged prints, we will send a replacement at no cost. For damaged originals, we will work with you on a repair, replacement (if possible), or a full refund.
Shipping & Restocking Fees

Return Shipping: Collectors are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. For original works, we require that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance for the full value of the art.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all fine art prints to cover archival handling, inspection, and repackaging.

Original Shipping: Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@beckijohart.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
