Every piece of art is handled with professional care to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Original Artworks: Please allow 3–5 business days for professional packing and documentation. Original works often require custom-built boxes or double-walled reinforcement.

Fine Art Prints: Most prints are made-to-order to ensure archival quality. Please allow 5–7 business days for printing, drying, and inspection before your order is shipped. Orders typically will be mailed in 14-21 business days.

Custom Framing: If you have requested custom framing, please add an additional 10–14 business days to the processing time.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use [UPS / FedEx / USPS] to ensure reliable tracking and handling.

Packaging Standards
We take immense pride in our packaging:

Prints: Shipped in heavy-duty, crush-resistant mailing tubes or flat-packed in rigid mailers with acid-free protective sleeves.

Originals: Shipped in double-walled boxes with corner protectors and moisture-resistant wrapping. Large-scale originals may be crated for maximum security.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Shipping Insurance

Originals: All original artworks are shipped with full-value insurance included in the shipping cost.

Prints: Standard shipping for prints includes basic tracking. If you would like to upgrade to insured shipping for high-value limited editions, please select the "Insured Shipping" option at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:

Check with neighbors or your building manager.

Contact the carrier directly to verify the GPS coordinates of the delivery.

Contact us at info@beckijohart.com within 3 days of the "delivered" date. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim.
